disappearing trends in ancillary services. For example, many
laundromats have chosen to offer wash-dry-fold services as well as
vended products because both offer a very high return on
investment. Other services such as video/arcade games and dry
cleaning have declined in recent years. The article also discusses
that customers and store owners may begin to see more opportunities
with laundry-related mobile applications in the future. Although
many changes are occurring in the laundry industry, Chris
